为规范实验室安全规程，提高学生的安全意识，本着“增强安全意识，提高科研素养”的原则，化学工程学院膜科学与功能材料研究室于2022年10月16日下午组织召开关于“新生入学实验室规章、安全培训”的组会，本次活动由范林玲和曹腾旋两位同学主持，褚良银老师、张茂洁老师、谢锐老师和余沛欣主讲，培训对象为实验室在读研究生以及参与本科毕业论文和大学生创新创业训练计划的本科同学。
安全培训之前，各位新同学进行了简短的自我介绍，褚老师对新加入课题组的同学表示了热烈的欢迎。接着，褚老师对研究室的有关规定进行了讲解以及对研究生们给予了一些忠告，告诫研究生们应当学会思考、学会争辩、学会质疑权威；在科研过程中必须抱有对自己的实验数据终身负责的态度，所有学术著作中必须保证实验过程和数据的原创性和真实性；遇到困难时要调整心态，客观分析、积极面对。
褚良银老师对实验室规章进行讲解
为进一步加强实验室危化品管理，强化同学们的安全意识和自我保护能力，此次培训邀请了教育部2022年高校实验室安全现场检查专家张茂洁老师。张老师首先用几则血淋淋的事故让大家了解到了实验室安全的重要性。接着，张老师从危化品的基本知识入手，对危化品的概念、分类、标识、安全标签、安全技术说明书以及实验室安全标志进行了详细的介绍。最后，张老师通过与调查问卷相结合的方式，向大家科普了实验室隐患排查的各种途径。

随后，谢锐老师强调了安全承诺书的签署工作以及预告了二级、三级安全培训的内容，同时也介绍了实验室危险化学品购买和管理的规范流程。

之后，督查组的余沛欣同学就实验室的安全配置以及行为规范进行了说明，同时对实验存在的安全隐患进行了警示和提醒。

最后，褚老师对本次组会进行了总结，强调了无论是在科研中还是在生活中都要遵从“安全第一”这一首要原则。实验室安全教育是安全教育的重要组成部分，旨在不断加强学生安全知识的学习，养成良好的操作习惯，培养科学的安全管理措施，切实做好实验室安全工作。
